Self-Paced Online Courses "Agility, change and AI"

(An offer of your Personnel Development Department)

  • Design Thinking – Boosting Innovation & Creativity
In recent years, Design Thinking has received a lot of attention as a method for increasing innovation and creativity. But what kind of mindset does this method represent and what tools are used in it? In this learning program, you find answers to these and other questions. I introduce you to the individual steps of the process and show you different tools that you can apply to an exemplary design challenge yourself.

  • Designing Sustainable Change
Studies state that up to 80% of all change processes in organizations fail. This program elaborates why this is the case and enables you to design and implement impactful and sustainable changes in your team or organization. Besides, this program is designed as a step by step playbook that allows you to build your change process in parallel to the learning program.

  • Innovation & Reinvention
Is your company fit for the future? In this learning program, you will learn how to promote a culture of constant change and development in your company. Based on an analysis of the status quo of your organization, you will identify the need for improvement. Methods such as scenario planning will help you and your company to be prepared for change, develop effective initiatives, and implement them successfully.

  • Kanban Fundamentals – Stop Starting, Start Finishing
The Kanban method is an agile approach to organize work, create flow, and deliver results fast and sustainably. It provides an alternative way to agility and helps you manage chaos in everyday work life by visualizing it, establishing smooth processes, and identifying blockers. Kanban can be used on an individual level, for teams, or even for whole organizations. In this learning program, you will learn the basics of Kanban and its principles and practices. You will gain a practical understanding of the Kanban method, learn how to develop your own Kanban board, and how to begin your own journey of improvement.

  • Managing Crises
Crises situations can create a feeling of a lack of control and fear begins to steer our direction. How can you manage challenging situations in your work and private life successfully? How can you not only cope with those situations but learn and grow from them? In this learning program, we use the Crisis Intervention Model to understand the mechanisms of these situations and derive practical measures to take control of the steering wheel again.
