Self-paced online – “Leading individuals and teams”

(An offer of your Personnel Development Department)

  • Agile Leadership
What is agile leadership? In this learning program, you learn how agile leadership differs from traditional leadership and how you can implement this leadership style. You get to know the four principles of agile leadership, which you can use as a guideline in the learning program. You also learn more about different methods and models for empowering teams, promoting self-organization, and trust.

  • Caring & Daring Leadership
Do you find the leadership of your team challenging in today's ever-changing times? Then you are not alone! Many leaders find it hard to lead others in ways that empower, motivate, support, and stimulate for growth – all whilst meeting the business requirements. In this program, I give you some tools to provide both "caring" and "daring" for your team.

  • Context-Based Leadership
People in responsible positions often ask themselves what can guide them when dealing with their employees, apart from their gut feeling. Are you also in a leading position or would you like to learn something about leadership? Then this learning program is just right for you.

  • Developing Winning Teams
Modern day leaders, agile coaches, and project managers are expected to not only organize and manage, but also to develop teams towards success and high performance. This program provides you with tools to understand team dynamics as well as practical measures to support you in becoming a successful team developer.

  • Digital Leadership – Leading Hybrid & Virtual Teams
Leading a team that does not, or not always, work together in one location presents a wide variety of challenges. While digital tools and video calls immediately come to mind, there are other issues that are more fundamental to the success of remote and hybrid leadership. This learning program will help you motivate your employees, build or maintain trust, and gain confidence in your behavior related to leadership in remote and hybrid settings.

  • Handling Fear & Uncertainty – Empowering Others
How can you lead successfully in uncertain times? This program is designed for you as a leader. You learn how to support those you lead. It is an addition to the learning program “Handling Fear and Uncertainty – Empowering yourself”. Please complete the basic program before starting this training.

  • Inclusive Leadership
Inclusive Leadership means creating a safe environment for your employees and team members so that they can develop their individual strengths. In this learning program, you learn about the impact of diversity on performance indicators such as creativity, innovation, and business success. You become aware of discriminatory structures in today's workplace and learn what you should do to make everyone feel included and supported.

  • Lateral Leadership: Influence Without Hierarchy
Leading without formal authority can sometimes be challenging especially when you're expected to inspire, align, and motivate others without the backing of a traditional leadership title. This learning program is designed to support you in your role as a lateral leader by helping you build confidence, develop strong and trusting relationships, and communicate with clarity and impact. You'll gain practical tools and strategies to navigate complex team dynamics, foster collaboration, and lead with influence rather than authority.

  • Leading in a Coaching Mode
With the rapidly changing world around us you cannot be the expert in everything. Team spirit becomes more and more important. Using coaching as a mode of leadership does not only benefit yourself, but it will also make a difference to your team. Getting closer to your people, understanding them better, building their confidence, and making them take more ownership are some results you will see.

  • Leading in Times of Change
Leading people in change is one of the most named leadership challenges. This task is especially difficult if we as leaders did not decide on the change ourselves. So what do we need to do to support our team members in coping with severe changes? What are tools to fully understand the dynamics of change and what are suitable measures we can apply? And last but not least how can we take care of ourselves in situations like this? All of this will be answered in this program.

  • Positive Leadership – Strengthening Teams & Individuals
Positive leadership enhances motivation, commitment, and cohesion among employees. Using the scientifically based PERMA-Lead model, this learning program teaches you a leadership approach that strengthens your leadership culture and your relationships within the team. You will learn how to support employees in developing their potential as well as working on their own competencies.

  • She is Strong – Women at Work
This program builds awareness, confidence, and skills in women leaders to recognize their unique strengths, cope with unconscious bias, and communicate and relate in powerful and authentic ways. Find out more about how you can leverage feminine strength, create strong networks, and make an impact as a woman at work.
